1. How long does shipping take?

  • Netherlands: 1–4 working days
  • EU: 2–10 working days
  • Worldwide: 7-21 working days - depending on customs and how long everything takes

I send them as fast as possible, after that it’s beyond my control.

2. Do you ship internationally and offer free shipping?

  • Yes, worldwide shipping is available
  • Orders are packed securely for long-distance transport
  • Free shipping is available if you order 2 machines.

Please note: there might be taxes and/or import charges, these are out of my control!

3. What are the shipping costs?

  • Calculated at checkout
  • Based on location and order size

4. Can I track my order?

  • Yes
  • You receive a tracking link by email after shipping


 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card

6. Is it safe to pay on your website?

  • Yes
  • Payments are processed via secure, encrypted systems

 

7. Do your machines come with warranty?

  • Yes - life long guarantee. Also on springs. If they break, contact me and I will send you new ones. You can ALWAYS send the machine back to me and I will fix it for free. Only the shipping costs are for you. 

Not included:

  • Damage from misuse - like rusting or falling down.

Treat your gear properly.

 

8. Are your products in stock?

If you can order it, it’s in stock, I only make one-off machines so there is no stock. All one-off’s.

 

    9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    • Only if the order hasn’t shipped yet
    • Contact as soon as possible

    Once it’s out the door, it’s out of your hands.

     

    10. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

    • Occasionally
    • Sometimes I post old machines and they are cheaper - keep an eye out
    • Announced via social media or newsletter

    I’m not claiming my machines are better. They are just a thing that I love to make and love to work with. I’m not telling you how to run your machines, I’m telling you how I run my machines. This is what’s important :
